ACSI Certification Description

ACIS (Association of Christian Schools International) is an Internationally recognized Christian organization that promotes Christian education and provides training and resources for Christian educators to work in Christian schools worldwide.

The ACSI Certification is issued to those who meet the professional and biblical requirements outlined by ACSI and is not the same as a national (Korean or US) teaching license.

ACSI Certification Requirement

Professional Certificate
(applicable to graduate students)

A. At least 9 credits of Christian education-related courses (included in the curriculum)
B. Write and submit an essay about the philosophy of Christian education
C. More than 200 hours of teaching practicum or 3+ years of teaching experience in a school context without a teaching license
